Well Ron Lester isn't fat anymore and he's 37-years-old. Keep reading to see him now!
Ron Lester had been obese his entire life, and by the time he reached 30 he weighed 309 pounds.
The jolly "Varsity Blues" star decided to drop the weight and by late 2001 had lost over 250lbs!
Lester's new look hasn't come without some work. Ron has had gastric bypass surgery and 14 various procedures to tighten and remove excess skin.
